We service Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

  • What type of things do you auction?

As the name suggest, we sell everything. As long as it is legal we will sell. Things such as real estate, commercial property, vehicles, jewelry, coins, currency, general merchandise such as TVs, appliances, clothes, shoes, books, furniture, rugs, flatware, dishware, antiques, collectibles, gold, silver, etc. etc. The list is extensive. Just contact us for details. If it is sellable, we auction it!

Please note that not all things are sellable. Some things have very low to no value based on interest in the marketplace at any given time. Such things such as clothes, books, glassware, magazines, certain dishware falls into this category. Contact us to determine what you have that is sellable.

  • What things don’t you auction?

Anything illegal to sell in the US Federally or State Laws. Note it doesn’t mean from list of things we do auction that it will sell!

  • What is your return policy?

All items purchased through auction are as is where is. We do our very best to describe items. You are welcome to inspect any and all items during inspection period. As such, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or RETURNS for any reason.  No warranties expressed or implied. If any testing was done to any item we will announce in item description. If no testing was mention assume it was not tested and bid accordingly.

  • Do you have reserve prices on items you auction?

Generally No, but are exceptions. Any item exceeding a certain dollar amount in value (such as cars, boats, property) may have a reserve price put on the item to ensure final fair market value for item. Most of the items listed in our auctions are absolute which means sold to the highest bidder regardless of market value.

  • What is your buyer’s premium?

We charge a 15% buyer’s premium at auctions that is discounted to 10%  for cash buyers. For higher value items we will lower buyer’s premium to 5-10%. A buyer’s premium is a fee charged by an auction company to help offset the sale day activities of extra labor, credit card processing, etc. It is customary among most auction houses.

  • How long do I have to pick up items I won?

All items must be paid for and you will have up to 3 days to pick up your items from the day of auction.   Normally Monday-Wednesday after auction closes on Sunday. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon prior.  We are not a storage company. Due to limited space old items must be cleared out so we can set up for the next auction. Any items left longer than 3 days will be subject to a $25 storage charge per day.  Any items not picked up by the 5th day will be considered abandoned and will become the property of WeAuctionEverything.com.
